Bedding was nice and mattresses comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
You have to pay for parking and the garage isn’t marked to obviously show it wasn’t just any old public garage.
It was a little dated/poorly maintained compared to other Westin locations.

If you arrive at night, the staff in the front desk is rude and the property does not hold up it’s name of Westin. If you are going for the night life you won’t mind all the outside noise and people come in all loud in the hallways slamming the doors. Look at your final bill for all the extra charges. I will be disputing some charges that they added ( not the normal state taxes).

We love the Staff's attention to Radical Hospitality. We were traveling with my 93 year old mother. Valet never rushed us, the front desk staff was graciously attentive to needs and anticipated needs. I'm sure that some of this was out of respect for our mom. However, I must believe they'd be the same way even if we weren't traveling with an Elder.

While this is a fantastic hotel with great close amenities, i was caught off guard by the $200 incidental hold. I have stayed in much nicer hotels before with a much lower incidental hold. However, i thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the room and staff were fantastic.
