This is the worse most dirty and smelling like strong mariguana smell, guest smoking drugs on the parking lot & inside their vehicle, parking lot, hallways & rooms have a horrible drug smell on top of that a loud dog was across my room, roaches, flies in walls, floors was so disgusting and most disappointing experience.

Everything about this place was a 0/10. Nothing was said nor put about when you book a room you have to let them know ahead of time of having a pet. I was super close to not having a room when I paid in advance for it. Until I got upset was when I was told I could get a room. I got a room on the second floor and the elevator door was not secured shut. The elevator door was wobbling when we were riding up so we took the stairs anytime after using the elevator one time. Once we arrived to the room, all we got was a gush of heat, humidity, and stickiness from the air quality in the room. Once we all got inside the room, we realized how old the room looked. The walls had tears in them. There was rust everywhere in the room. The floor had stains blended in the carpet. Smelled gross. (A little understandable since they have rooms specifically for guests with animals which was what we were given but still smelled bad). Once the AC was turned on, it took a long time for the room to get cool with the AC constantly making a beeping noise all throughout the night. There was no peephole cover for the door so anyone could look into the room from the other side of the door. We arrived late at night and had a really early morning so we just stayed since it was only a few hours. Once we woke up, we wanted to wash up and shower before checking out but realized the drain to the shower had fuzz&hair that was leftover from previous stays. Looked and felt absolutely disgusting. The fridge worked.

They like to lock there doors and don’t allow visitors. What hotel doesn’t allow visitors it’s a hotel make it make sense.
