Front desk staff were happy and eager to help. Great positive vibe when checking in and assisting with needs during the stay. Convenient location in downtown Memphis.
Cons: Room service didn’t take out trash from room. The park across the street had vagrants and others occupying what appeared to be a nice area. Probably needs a guard for guests in the evening.

There was a severe rat problem around pool which you know had to have spread inside. Pool was closed. Dead rats by the trash can. Terrible. Staff was very friendly and accommodating

The overall stay was pretty decent. Checking in, the lobby was pretty noisy and I couldn't hear the lady checking me in hardly. Only complaint I have. TV didn't work but that didn't really matter to us. The rooms were quiet, the staff was friendly, the breakfast options were plentiful.

Memphis is a bit of a disappointment. Restaurants are overpriced. I booked this hotel to be in the heart of the City, but the location did not deliver.

The room was clean with a nice balcony overlooking the park. We like to have access to a pool when vacationing. The pool was dirty and had a pool light hanging out floating in the water. The hot tub was dirty and broken. Pool is next to an alley. One night I woke up to a few ladies outside our balcony screaming and yelling at each other.
Area was walking distance to everything which was nice. I would never stay here again.
