Well to start. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff at check in was very friendly. Did not like that there was only one way in and out. Had to go through gate all the way around building to get in. Upon waking up I noticed I had an additional charge from the property at 3:23 am. The staff could not explain this charge. This was an unauthorized charge due to room was paid for incidentals were paid and items purchased at desk. All paid. This was a new charge that I am now fighting with no resolve in sight. Theft.
