The property was clean and the staff was nice but the room was not clean how I expected a Holiday Inn to be. Very dusty in the corners if the bathroom, behind the beds, rust on the walls in some places. We also didn’t have any hand soap in our room.. one trash can; it was not worth what I paid to stay there at all!

They didn't appear prepared for the amount of guests they had. Ran out of some foods at breakfast. Staff was nice, though.

There was a very strong odour in the second floor hallway like sewage
We had to keep our AC and fans on all the time
It was better the next day but still there

It was Memphis and saw a gang related incident at gas station down the road toward Graceland when being driven to Marlowes to eat. 10 plus cop cars still there when we returned. Glad our car was in locked gate area

Old carpet, I was charged two times in error, I had to go to desk and have them be removed, charges were at 1:45 in the morning two different days.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. Very friendly and helpful, especially Tara at the front desk. Room was clean and quiet. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Graceland which is very close to the property.
