Employees are very nice, room was a little dirty and older looking and I couldn’t watch TV the two days I was there due to no internet but I really didn’t have time to watch much anyway but it would have been nice to have the opportunity.

The front desk lady was nice checking in and the one we had in the morning was Super Nice! The room was nice and clean too! The only reason I’m doing 4 stars overall and 3 for property facilities is because after we had checked in, we got the kids ready for the pool and when we got down there, it was pretty gross - like oil at the top of it or something. But that’s our only complaint, the pool was just not up to par for what I would have imagined for a Sheraton.

We stayed for one night only. Check in was easy and stuff was friendly. Even though property needs upgrades, facilities and room was clean. Plenty room to park
