Went to use pool and hot tub, several teenagers in hot tub and other children jumping in pool with no respect to others, no adult around. Hot tub not cleaned in a while. No towels!! Went to breakfast at 6:55, it was dark in area, walked back to room to check breakfast time. Return to area to eat breakfast because site states 6 am. Staff enter area a rudely stated breakfast doesn’t start until 7am. No microwave in room, floor under air conditioning soaked.

Dear Renae,Thank you for letting us know about your recent stay. Upon checking our website, it does not state 6 am for breakfast time. I do apologize about this confusion. Our standard rooms do not have microwaves in them as the room description on the site as well. We have gotten with maintenance about the AC to ensure this does not happen again.

The pool wasnt open the 1st couple days. Staff rude when you come down to eat before breakfast starts. Room smelled bad like musty smell. Otherwise ok stay

Dear Daune,We apologize about these issues during your stay. Unfortunately, the pool did have to have a bit more cleaning done as I'm sure some guests would understand this. We would not want to put our guests at risk. We do have breakfast operating times and to stick with Marriott standards, we do not open early. We will let our maintenance team know about this room so it can be addressed. Thank you.
