Great staff, clean and comfortable room. No fridge or microwave in this room. Beautiful building in the heart of Memphis.

For this to be a DoubleTree I was disappointed. One of the reasons we chose the room was due to the remarks of the clean rooms. They were mediocre. The bathrooms are very outdated but we were able to shower. I had to request fresh towels from the front because the ones in the room were dirty. Good location. Valet was good. Staff was very amazing!! Just wish it was more updated and the details were tended to better.

Couldn’t get air below 74 degrees. Shower head was pulled out of wall.

Front desk workers were very helpful with check in and answering any questions I had.
Bath room was very outdated and not very clean. Disappointed for a Hilton.

About two blocks from Beale street. Nice hotel. Room was nice but didn’t have a fridge. Staff was nice and helpful.
