Check in was at 4pm. We showed up at approximately 5:00pm and our room was not ready. We were not given keys to our room until around 5:45.

Everything except maybe that for breakfast I think that nobody was paying attention if I was or not satisfied and coffee was offered at the end of my breakfast.

I am staying in a King Parlor Suite. I have been asking for an iron for the past 2 days and I have yet to receive one. I have been here for two nights and my room has not been cleaned. The bottled waters haven’t been replenished for the two additional nights I booked. I ordered room service twice and no one has come to get the food trays. There is mold underneath the sink in my room’s bathroom. The security guards that stands at the pool’s entrance is unremarkably rude to the people who’re entering the pool area. There is also black buildup on the ventilation system above the indoor pool. One of the elevators does not work and people have been having to use the service elevator. I have stayed at this hotel more times thang I can remember and I must say this is hands down the worst experience I’ve had here.

I have been here for 2 nights in a King Parlor Suite. The room has not been cleaned, I asked for an iron four times over the past couple of days and I still haven’t received it. The bottle waters have not been replaced for the extra days I booked. There is mold underneath the sink in the bathroom in my room and there is black mold in the ventilation system above the inside pool. Not to mention, the security guard at the pool’s entrance door was very rude to all of the people that were entering the pool area. I stay here often and I must say this has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at this hotel hands down.
