Valet parking too expensive, too many wonderings around property and maid staff were extremely too noisy when communicating with each other

I loved that you had to have a key card to access the elevators and it was in a good walkable area.

I wouldn’t recommend the Canopy by Hilton for family or friends. Simply because of the staff. I’ve never witnessed a poorly mismanaged hotel like this one. It’s as if all of the departments in the hotel don’t communicate to one another. 2 hour wait times for check-in (after 4 PM by the way), 1 hour wait time for lunch at Curfew (the in-house restaurant) while there were less than 10 customers and at least 4 servers, among the lack of hospitality. I’ve never felt more like a bother than I ever have in this environment.

We liked the location but did not like the cars racing down the street that our room was located on

There was some homeless people that were shady hanging around but the valet ran them off

Visited here from Atlanta. The property was very clean, the staff was very polite and friendly, and it is walkable to all of the local Memphis attractions! Will
