Whilst property is nice and in good location I had issues with my room missing basic necessities. No milk in mini bar for coffee machine. TV remote completely missing, no room service signs, room service filling to refill milk, vents in room we covered in dust, bathroom clearly had repair works and either not completed or just left to look half done. No QR code on TV as instructed for menus, no paper menus for reference. Oil used for chips was in need of clean. Breakfast was stone cold and bacon clearly from a Bain Marie so undercooked. Parking is cheap compared to most other places but I’m not sure what was deluxe about my room other than the Dyson hairdryer. When I pointed out to reception that basics are being missed nothing was really offered apart from an apology. Wouldn’t stay again.

Shower flooded the bathroom, water temp was Luke warm, heater did not work

Great place to stay. Easy transport into town with lots of trams running along St.Kilda Rd, stopping 100 metres from hotel. I really enjoyed the buffet breakfast. Highly recommend.

Got an excellent price for our stay. Service and amenities were great. Good location, close to the city and transport. Would stay again.

It was amazing! We loved the view and the surrounding. It was a wonderful expereince! Wish there was a hot tub or a pool.

There was no free water bottle in the room. Door was stiff and the quality of tissues were poor. There were no foot wearing in the hotel.
