The hotel was not aware of the payment done through expedia and requested payment for the booking. Had to email receipt and proof to them

The pool was a highlight of our trip, being Melbourne was so nice to be heated all the time to a temp the kids loved!
Unfortunately our room was not cleaned for 3 days although being out all day. We went during F1 so pricing was very high (as was everywhere). The location is quiet but tram is quick back to city!
Very helpful in returning items we left behind back to us.

Great place to stay with two children. Loved the pool and gym and easy walk to marvel stadium. Room was super clean. Highly recommend it.

Check in took too long.
One lift wasn’t working so it took ages to get up to my floor.
when I finally got to my room , the key didn’t work and I had to go back down again.

Check in was made very difficult with refusal to accept my digital card
I don't carry physical credit card while travelling.
Supplies were low in room with no milk even after requesting
The how to of receiving services was not explained or easy to access instructions from
Other than that
The hotel was beautiful and clean.
The food once I worked out how to order was amazing and the amenities were well maintained and presented.

Only issue was the parking which is about 500meters away.
