This is a great property, with a few drawbacks which would make me question returning: Housekeeping didn't attend - though I was expecting this weekly. The beds, whilst very comfortable, are made up of two smaller mattresses linked together. There was a loud whistling from the door to the room (and by the sounds of it the other rooms too). This made for a lot of difficulty sleeping, and no amount of towels under or around doors could improve the situation. With the negatives aside, it's worth mentioning that the accomodation is well placed - travel links, restaurants and shops are located minutes away and the building has a lot of parking available underneath. The views are also excellent. From the city-facing side of the building there are unobstructed views across Melbourne and the northern tip of Port Philip bay. Inside, the rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. There was laundry facilities, a dishwasher and plenty of fridge and freezer space. The balcony could comfortably sit three or four, though the presence of the air conditioner unit would make it very warm in warmer weather. In summary, the accomodation is excellent but let down by the noise during the windy nights and the absence of housekeeping. The bed was still comfortable though I'd have preferred if it was a full size mattress without the uncomfortable ridge. I'd probably stay again, unless the weather was predicting wind!

Impressive rooms with good amenities. Good climate control. They called ahead to confirm check in which was helpful. It was a bit noisy with the loading dock and high winds but overall very pleasant.

Nice place to stay, close to almost everything and so much to eat in this area. Suit Chinese in particular. The room is clean and spacious, even have microwave and fridge in it

Smell from the street prevented me to open the window when the air condition gushed out water. I was offered a different room but higher floor which I was not comfortable with, the apartment seemed to need a good cleaning overall. Kitchen had very good appliances but pots and pan need to be replaced. The fact that there is no one over night to contact is really scary. The staffs were friendly and good when they are around. Rooms were good and very spacious. Having space and kitchen is very big plus and the fact that the shops were very close and train stations virtually right next door is a big plus also.ambivalent about coming back. I had to stay here because this is the option I felt for the venue I was going to attend meetings at.

There were dirty dishes when we checked in, scissors had hairs, too noisy when windy sounds like boiling a water in a kettle

All glassware and dishes were grimy and had brown sticky gunk on them; a used tissue on the couch. Broken clothes rack on the balcony, large stain on carpet and no plug for sink. Toilet stained. Would question if accommodation was cleaned professionally. Insufficient cutlery and crockery for 4 guests. Staff unresponsive and unhelpful.
