We had a one bedroom which worked out well for us as it gave us a place to chill after a long day walking around Melbourne. We particularily liked having a washer and dryer as we just returned from a couple of weeks in Fiji. The facilities are pretty rudimentary if you actually wanted to cook a lot but we only had breakfast and sometimes lunch so it was fine for that.

Nothing to complain about this property. Well appointed, clean and comfortable. Quiet and great water view. Location is ideal and close to eateries and tram stop.
