The staff were very pleasant and helpful, it was great to have parking available. Would have like a lift but staff offered to help with luggage. Will return hopefully in the summer so I can use the pool

Dryer doesn’t work, very noisy rooms, could hear everything in the night, people going to the toilet and the curtains in the bedrooms let sooo much light in, we were all awake at dawn!

The lovely staff were amazing to deal with. Such great hospitality. Ohhh and the main reason why we were there!!! The amazing aircon and swimming pool lol. Thank you Team Quest Dandy for having us. Kept us cool during the heat wave. Regards. Ese Family.

Staff were friendly. Room was a good size but the carpets were not vacuumed properly felt grubby. Didn’t get serviced everyday, I had to go and ask for clean towels etc…

Functional but basic. Be aware the hotel is on a very busy highway. The best part about the hotel was easy parking and all the reception staff were super nice and helpful.
