Check in was not fun, no smiles or chatter from the staff member Zee. Not clean and broken shelves and tiles. Tiny closet of a bathroom and complimentary coffee pods had broken seales.
Nemthi was great on check out, very lovely and pleasant to deal with.

The hotel close to everything 👍Walking distance
The only thing was their was no fan in the bathroom
And the way the tv was positioned was very odd …
If you wanted to watch it in bed it was on top of your head …
Very uncomfortable … underwire all good 👍👍

Centrally located. Some stairs to enter the building so recommend using entrance via wheelchair entrance a few metres down the road if have large luggage or issues with stairs.
Rooms overlooking the back alley are nice but a little dark, and later in the week have noise from the bar next door. Would recommend for short stays
