Good a commodity on and relatively quiet, easily accessible. Breakfast is over-priced and have to pay separately for a barista coffee. Should at least have some bottled water in the fridge in the room as well.

I found the reception staff to be a little less than helpful, however I know that they are front line and often get the brunt of people's frustration. I was awoken at 3.30am by the rubbish truck emptying the large blue bins, that was very annoying. One of the rooms I stayed in the bathroom was so small if I was a very large person I would have struggled to get in and move around. (511)

Good size room and comfortable, room oddly contained an oven but no oven mitts etc. so difficult to use. Would be nice to have some vending machines or similar in the building as there are no convenience stores nearby, if getting in late there are no food options as room service ends before 10pm.

Booked for 2 nights. 29th Jan, and 30th Jan - leaving on the 31st Jan. Arrived at 3am on the 30th (3 hours past midnight on the day of the first night I had booked being the 29th. Told by rude staff lady working that the system had no rooms available. Which I found hard to believe seeing as there are over 350 rooms and it was a Monday. Arrived back as requested on 3pm on the 30th to find out I have been blacklisted. Thanks for the fantastic stay
