When you enter the room, there is a strong smell, not pleasant.
The toilet bowl didn’t flush properly.
At first, we had issues with the split system that wouldn't start.
At 23:15 there were people screaming outside the room.
At 5am I woke up with the sound of cockatoos, not their fault obviously, but annoying for people like me who cannot sleep outside their bed.
Morning fog wouldn't allow us to have a walk around and enjoy the park.
Overall an average stay.

The facilities were great, warm and inviting.
Everything as clean and tidy.
the only downer was room service was not directly available from the room. Had to physically go to the Dining room to organize. Meals were great.

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Well done to all staff for mainaining and running an outstanding service. Just feel that the wheels on beds hould be rectified as i saw it mentioned in another review, prior to my booking. Please review the situation. Other than that, absolutely stunning and worth the stay over. Central to many fabulous walking tracks, pool use on a warm day was vry refreshing.

A clean, comfortable and well appointed room with a lovely bush outlook. Would highly recomme4nd
Very picky I know but there weren't any tissues in the bathroom

Spacious spa rooms
Posted 31 Jan 2024 on HotelsA beautiful spot to stay with a cute duck filled lake. Spa rooms are spacious however are upstairs only which I’m noting in case of accessibility issues as I found this a challenge with no lift, stairs only. Bed was comfortable unfortunately woke up incredible congested from the split system unit in the room, perhaps needing filters cleaned or serviced as it was definitely the cause and impacted both my partner and I.
Overall the live music made for a great vibe and reception was warm and friendly
