Frank the front desk clerk was absolutely amazing and understanding of our situation with our other hotel being overbooked upon arrival Frank went out of his way to make us feel extremely welcomed and informed of when the coffee would be ready and what time breakfast would start. I will absolutely stay at a Fairfield or any Marriott hotel. Not to mention the room was extremely clean well stocked and the mattress and pillows we're so comfortable.

Nice people just needs a remodel.
Posted 4 Feb 2024 on HotelsLady was very nice, however our first room smelled like wet dog… she was very nice and changed rooms for us. We get off the elevator and they must have had a water leak they had machines running and there was no air conditioning on the floor. The closet door was broken, the tv was so old and so small. Just REALLY NEEDS A REMODEL!! The carpet was bright turquoise and dark brown and walls yellow and orange. Yikes!! There were dead bugs in bathroom on the floor. They wouldn’t give us late check out at first, but then called and let us stay later. That was very nice! Pool was closed :(
