Not worth the money. Mould in shower and around basin. Front door broken and needed force to open and close. Cheap towels used, very thin and small. Room had a strange smell to it. Fridge was noisy and kept us awake. Room was dark and dingy. Terrible stay.

Place was quite dirty, shower leaked and was not stable, place was big, but not designed well. Could not open cupboards without hitting fridge, that kind of thing.

Standard items like water glasses, face washers and hair dryers not provided. Room not cleaned after first day. Staff attitude terrible. It felt like we were imposing on them. Will never go back!

Apart from a domestic that happened in another room after midnight. The room was good.

Cluttered front office. Called phone number when arrived as desk was un attended which rang at desk, only one staff member was on and away cleaning rooms and should have a dirverted phone on them not to front desk. When spotted us called out saying she would be there soon and proceeded to clean rooms. We waited a total of 45 minutes to get a room key. I had previously stated I'd be coming early due to going to good things and arrival time which was okayed by management. Which then made us late to good things missing part of a set. Disorganization of staff not having a diverted phone or hands free portable phone makes life difficult for both customers/guests and staff. And better training not to leave guests waiting and to have an organised reception office that looks clutter free and inviting and easy for staff to find things would be beneficial as the staff member was scrambling around trying to find things like paperwork to sign and the eftpos machine under clutter. Stressed staff makes an uncomfortable stay. I also handed the keys to the same lady while she was cleaning on the way out rather than into the reception as it was pointless to leave them in the unlocked box. It can make it easy for someone to steal keys and stay for free.
