Really nice place to stay, comfy beds and clean with great shower. Only down side was waiting in a line for over 30 minutes for the buffet Breakfast with my wife and two kids that were starving.

Great customer service and amazing rooms. Will stay there again next time in Melbourne. Only down side is the gym was less than expectations

The hotel it self was very good. But the surrounding area was very dirty and basically a construction zone. Pedestrian access is very poor as you have to climb narrow stairs. I would def recommend staying there but just be mindful that the area and access is pretty rough.

Staff were great, room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent and a great start to the day. Walking distance to Southbank and convenient to trams. Only negative is street access up a flight of stairs, as next door is a construction site. The lift from the strret was out of order.

one is just 5 minutes away from the vibrant dining and entertainment area around the crown cassino with walks along the Yarra river thrown in for those who want leisurely walks (or jogs or sprints). Handy location for public transport access with a tram station just outside the hotel, and with the primary melbourne railway station close by.

The Front Desk Staff and the Room Service were extremely courteous and very helpful.The ambience of the Hotel was exceptional.The Tram & Metro Stations were at walking distances.We had a very comfortable & pleasant stay at Crowne Plaza Melbourne.
