My go to - nice big clean rooms and close to where I need to do business. Very decent rates too

False advertising this is not a motel or a caravan park it is a charity managed residential rental community. Dogs off lead in supposed bbq area, dogs in rooms barking all night noisey aircon units dirty bathrooms and smoking vaping drunk people in pool area. Kids throwing stones in pool . Not what I expected when booking a place I had stayed at before as a caravan park.

I don't like the fact that if you are in the rooms opposite the pool, people drive to the pool and park along the fence line blocking in the cars parked in their designated car parks out side their rooms as we were! We were a bit restricted getting in to start with as ther was a car there when we arrived. When I mentioned this to a staff member I was informed that this was not permissable and they had noticed a car there! They didnt do anything about it though even though this was during office hours. As the office is unattended after 4pm the situation got worse.

Group of people not staying at hotel came and took over pool and bbq and stayed for 7 hours then left. No property management were around to deal with it. Also upon arrival screaming and swearing for a long time during our check in.

Dear John,On investigation our findings are that were not motel guests but were our rental park residents who also have access to the pool.Yes, there was unfortunately an upset guest busy loading her car and checking out at the time of your arrival at approx 10h30am. Very spacious room. Quietest motel I’ve ever stayed in. Could not hear the neighbouring rooms. Bed was comfortable and slept well. Very pleasant stay and would stay there again.
