Was clean and staff were very friendly, the food at the restaurant was very nice

Excellent shopping and dining area. Very convenient with a swimming pool for hot days.
Shame about carpark charges. We were charged $30aus/day because we booked through Expedia. The front desk guy was particularly friendly or helpful(check in 7Jan). He didn’t offered us an early checkin even though we were told the hotel wasn’t busy until AO starts. Very disappointed.

You reserved a Twin Room, of which there were none available for early check-in.Early access to a room is completely dependant on how busy it is the night before and what time guests vacate their rooms.Parking cost is comparable to other parking feesin the area and is actually quite competative. The young lady at the reception was very helpful. I forgot to bring an adaptor for my phone and computer charger, she looked for one and lended it to me.
