The property was in a good location and quiet. Facilities could be better. 2 bedroom apartment with one wine glass, no cloth to wipe benches etc and leaves everywhere outside front door.

The staff were really affable and helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfy but the shower was lacking. The shower rose was too low and it was a bit claustrophobic. Just a very small thing in an otherwise great stay

Run down, but still ok, shower was broken sprayed up the ceiling , but apart from that it was clean and they are renovating 20 room at the moment so at least they are upgrading

No Relaxing Stays Here!

The hotel is pleasant and functional but the management think it is quite ok to put you in a room next to renovation work and allow workers to start drilling with jackamers at 07:30 in the morning. Our pleasant weekend was spoilt by a very rude awakening at 07:30. We were given no warning about any ongoing work and no redress for an unpleasant awakening. I understand hotels require maintenance and perhaps it is ok if you are traveling on business but DO NOT STAY HERE IF you want a restful leisure trip.
