The room is clean in general but there was stinky smell from the toilet drainage in the main bedroom. Also the roller blind in the balcony fell off when we tried to put it down. The WiFi was a bit slow especially in the evening busy hours and we weren’t able to watch Netflix. The view on the 55/F common area was stunning The staff are helpful. Even though there was some minor issues and we definitely will stay here again.

Air conditioning in the living room was not working throughout our stay. Place is poorly maintained and TV not working

Firs impression

Avani is somehow fairly new accommodation. Unfortunately, the toilet seat was stained and it was smelly of urine. The couch was not clean and the towels are full of lint. It was our first time in Melbourne and the accommodation was a disappointment.
