There was mold in the bath room and the room was hot the aircon wouldn’t work

I could at times hear people talking in the next room, maybe it was the TV? The hallway hadn't been vacuumed and wasn't for the three nights I was there. There was cobwebs on the ceiling light. The restaurant menu was ordinary and I thought for that expensive. The bar food was again, no great shakes. They charge for WiFI. A thing of the past. There was nothing in the fridge to drink or snacks. The bed was good. I will never again go to a Mecure Hotel.

The staff at the front desk was not helpful or professional. They would overcharge you without any explanation. I came to them at the checkout to ask the total price I paid for, however they were not willing to help and instead just gave you a hard-to-read account detail. I had to do the math myself to prove that I was charged incorrectly. The guy then was reluctant to change to the correct amount I booked for. I still haven’t got the deposit for my refund so far and either for the security bond after a week’s time. Mercure shared the same reception with Pullman. Suspect they treat guests differently for the cheaper booking.

Not 4 star hotel more like 3-2 and whole place smells like Mould, this is not Australian standard. Staff were helpful.

The staff here are next level helpful! Could not of asked for better service for all our needs. There wasn’t a question to big or to small that they couldn’t help us with. The buffet breakfast meets all the family needs to start the day right. The pool and gym facilities help to work of said wonderful buffet breakfast. The dinner menu is the only thing that could use expanding.

Watch your stuff in the lobby, my wife walked away from her purse and it was stolen with a lot of money in it.

Was all right but nothing special. The service in the restaurant may improve on the future.
