Great location
Basic in terms of room set up but you are not in your room much - so much to do in Melbourne
I would stay again given the location was so good

Madisyn at reception was brilliant. She was so welcoming, smiled and made us feel so relaxed before our stay started. With staff like Madisyn you are on a winner. The room was clean and comfortable. Very happy. Thank you

I stayed 4 nights, only managed to have a good sleep once because of the noice coming from outside the hotel and from other guests. It was so disruptive!!
The bathroom door creaks so loudly. There is no space for a woman and her makeup in the bathroom - at all!!

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom lovely and clean. Breakfast had lots of choice. Staff were friendly. Location was very convenient to shopping, trams, trains etc. Would stay again!
