This was rated as a 4 star hotel.
The rooms were quiet and clean and the bed was comfortable.
Note that if you want your towels replaces you need to put the make your room sign on the door.
Beware that they only make your bed when they change the sheets every three days.
Even when the towels were changed they left some wet face washers on the floor of the shower,
Probably should be classified as a non serviced appartment ratherthan a hotel..

Rooms need a makeover. Shutters falling apart, showers no good, fridge doesn't open properly because of the floor etc. Had a complaint that there was a lot of banging at 9:30pm which was just my family of 5 walking normally up & down the stairs in our room, we had to start tip-toeing.
Staff seemed to know very little about anything in the area when asked.
Tried to charge me again for the extra bed I had already paid for when I requested sheets for it.
Room has no toaster...? When asked it is 'not included'. I don't think I have ever stayed in a place that didn't have a toaster.
Charged $35 for offsite parking, saw a sign there the next day that said any time rate was $12.
Do not recommend, location is the only good part.

Needs more things in kitchen, no cutting knives, no bread knives or any stuff to make the basics. Would be helpful

I LIKED THE BOTTLE OF FILTERED WATER IN THE ROOM WHICH WE COULD REFILL
WE WERE UNABLE TO ACCES THE TV & ASKED ABOUT IT AT RECEPTION BUT THIS WAS NOT RECTIFIED DURING OUR STAY

Very convenient to the Skybus really clean rooms and quite charming. The staff were also really nice.

Really close to Southern Cross station on tram line to all parts of city. Room small but absolutely functional. Jeff and Gaylene
