The Riad itself is beautiful and well maintained. The front desk were all so friendly and helpful and booked all our excursions quickly and efficiently. The restaurant staff made us feel very welcome and we ate several meals here. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Our stay at Riad andalla spa was EXCEPTIONAL! The property was so beautiful and magical. Everything about it made you want to stay forever. Beautiful location and the staff was super incredible.
Rooms are beautiful and super clean.
When we checked in they made us feel like family and we’re so sweet. Christophe and Andre are the BEST. They gave us honest advice for many things.
The location was perfect if you want a real experience in the Medina, and only 8 minute walk to Jema eflna. Get yourself some nice freshly squeezed juices.
Restaurants and rooftops were only 5 minute walks from the Riad, with so many options! Staff also gave great recommendations and were so helpful.
Thank you Riad Andalla Spa! Hope to come back soon.

Attentive very helpful service including luggage transfer, help with restaurants, etc. Room was ok. Breakfast was ok. Limited dining options. Spa / hamam could not be booked. Close to the main square. Area a bit run down.

We just had a wonderful week in Marrakesh and stayed at Riad Andallaspa. Every day we noticed something new and wonderful about the property and its beautiful decor.
All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They also helped us with transport, directions and local knowledge.
Room was lovely, we had a Junior suite with a large bed and small room with single bed. Room was cleaned daily and fresh towels supplied.
Breakfast was lovely and we ate in the restaurant one evening and had the most incredible lasagne (vegetarian with a Moroccan twist).
The Riad was faultless and I can’t actually think of one negative to write about it. It was idilic and so relaxing and lovely to come back to after the busy roads of Marrakesh and the souk.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff made our introduction to Morocco wonderful. If you're looking for a Riad experience, highly recommend Andalla Spa. As gay couples traveling in Morocco, we felt not only safe, but welcome here.

I refer to your review and I'm so disappointed, after I read "Very run down property", as every guest are written (some days ago), very clean, property beautiful, this place is so beautiful, it’s like a peaceful oasis in the middle of the hectic city, very nicely decorated Riad, this was a superb riad, the riad is spectacular... We absolutely loved our 4 night stay at Riad Andala Spa. Not only was the property beautiful and convenient to everything in the Medina, but the staff was warm, welcoming and VERY helpful with every request. We felt we could not have found a better property to stay in Marrakech!
