I liked the location in the historic downtown district. Unfortunately, there was construction on nearby streets so navigating the area was a challenge. Lots to see when out for a walk - great cafes, restaurants and close to the water.

I really like the downtown location and this is a very nice place to stay.
Just beware there is a shelter next door and there can be homeless people milling about. Being homeless doesn’t make you dangerous and I have not seen anyone bothered by them. I feel perfectly safe staying there.

Beautiful building with a great atmosphere, there was even a library in the basement to. Staff were amazing as well. And so affordable.

Location is cool but the condition of the rooms and hotel left some to be desired and the breakfast was a joke. Customer service was decent other than the way they do the deposit. Overall it’s a place to lay your head at night but not much more.

Great amenities! Rooms were clean, staff was great! Area surrounding the hotel has a couple of churches that are helping the locals, but we never had any issues! Overall, great value and would stay again!
