This was by far the scariest and most filthy hotel we have been in our lives. The first room was beyond filthy with mud and dirt all over. The bed was not made and it smelled of cigarettes and weed. They moved us to another room. This one was only slightly better. Upon checking the bed it blood on the outer blanket and brown stains on the sheets. We also noticed a high number of transient people and drug deals and use going on from the first floor. The next morning the police raided the place and made several arrests in several different rooms. They refused to refund us directly so an expedia agent called them to get our money back so we could get a different hotel. They hung up on the expedia agent 3 times because they did not want to process a refund. Upon talking to my relitives from Medicine Hat they told us the place is used as a half way hous and temporary housing for the homeless. I hope this review helps someone out there to think twice before staying here. It is not eorth your health and personal safety.

There was garbage and broken glass in the hallways and the key card didn’t work at the door that was given to use to park near.

It was priced at 70.00 per nite and was 69.00 too much. The property is rundown. They told us there was a continental breakfast and when we went to eat there was nothing to eat but cereal and waffles. All the other food was gone and when we went to enquire about more the staff was rude so we left.

if you want to stay in this motel, make sure you take your own bed sheet, pillow case and towels with you as they don't wash them after each guest!! Very dirty. the room was not vacuumed either.

It was spacious and the bed was great. The jacuzzi was a welcome addition since both the pool and hot tub were not operative. The promised breakfast yielded only orange juice and "scrambled eggs"! Not even toast as there was no bread!

Sheets were dirty, no face cloths or hand towels, almost no toilet paper, gravel pile on bathroom floor, telephone didn't work, no tissues, air conditioner/ fresh air fan didn't work, sink was stained and dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be provided - there was nothing! No elevator. This is by far the worst accommodation we have ever seen. We should get a complete refund because of the aweful mess this motel is in. They refused to cancel our reservation. What a rip off!

The first room given,the card didn't work, she gave me another room, absolutely no towels,coffee.etc. Was going to just leave to find another hotel, but could not get a refund she said,as I booked through Expedia. So went onto the 3rd room. Had to go ask for towels,coffee. No fridge, I find out when I checked out, the hotel is also used for community housing, which most tenants I seen were very scary. Digging through ashtrays for butts. Will never stay here again. It must be scary, because the front door was locked and I had to be buzzed in & out.
