The Front desk people were great There was ZERO heat in my room The maitance people were to come but never showed in 2 hours. The girl at the front desk brought me 2 heavy blankets And then in the morning i came out of the bathroom to find a big cockroach crawling across the floor so i just got out of there as soon as possible I really should hear back from this hotel!!!!

The beds were great,staff was pleasant, the air conditioning was broke. Breakfast was good, I guess the worse thing was the homeless people sleeping on the grass out front in the morning, there were at least 4, whether they were homeless or drunk, it was a safe atmosphere

Gladys (sorry if spellings incorrect) is always so friendly with my husband and I. Quick and Convient doesn't quite capture how great her service was. We live in the boonies so overnight stays for our "grocery weekends" are quite frequent - and shes made checking in & out one less stress for us. ♡

The pool needs work and the rooms are tiny. Wh n we went to our room it was Doty and hadn’t been cleaned so we had to switch rooms.

There was no air conditioning in the room. When we talked to the lady at the front desk she said it was because the heaters in the pool were on to keep the water warmer. We tried to tell her that there was only a heater with a thermostat on the wall and no air conditioning. She again tried to convince us that it was because of the pool which makes no sense. We were moved to a different room away from the pool which was only slightly cooler. We finally asked for a refund and went somewhere else!

Nice comfortable hotel. Stayed there several times.

Hopefully once the Reno’s are done it will be better

Older hotel that needs updating. At check in, no mention that the pool and water slides were not available - we found out by approaching front desk the morning after check in in our bathing suits. We would have booked elsewhere, had we be informed at check in. Very disappointing for my daughter and our family.
