Had a live bug crawling on my pillow. Won’t give me my Wyndham rewards because I booked through Expedia. Stayed twice and did not get the requests of a queen bed and no connecting door even though hotel is not busy. Refused to give me a receipt at checkout because I booked and payed through Expedia. Won’t stay here again!

I found the experience overall great, just had a hard time understanding the $500 deposit, seemed a bit ridiculous, but the room was very clean, it was a pleasant stay.

The staff was lovely to deal with. Our original room had plumbing issues, so we had been switched (at no cost) to their sister hotel, Ramada by Wyndham. Everything was good in that hotel
