The first time I stayed it was really nice the front desk was nice and gave me a room on first floor then on May 27 the young man at front desk gave me a room on 2nd floor at the very end of it beside laundry room it was 2:10 am when I checked in and it was obviously off hmmn wierd? Then I got in the room and you could tell that someone just used it I checked the bed and hairs on it and lipstick mark on pillow. I asked to move and he told me I’ll see if we have another room. I told him I’m going to post all the photos on social media and demand to have a clean room on the first floor. Pls fellow travelers check the room even if you’re very tired

The first time I stayed it was clean on the first floor but my last stay the young man on may 27 put me on a dirty room on a 2nd floor it was 2:15 am and was so exhausted but good thing I checked the bed with hairs on it and you could tell it’s been used and it was at the very end of the hall beside laundry room. I find it purposely done

The staff at this location are friendly and helpful. Its located in a quiet neighborhood across from the airport. The only downfall is places to eat require a drive.

Súper convenient place to stay that is an easy two block walk from the airport with luggage and all. Very clean, with nice gym, pool, lobby area. Rooms were comfy and spacious. I think the only thing I did not like were the hallway rugs but it seems like the only one thing they need to upgrade. I would definitely stay there again if I had to stay near the Medford airport. Good breakfast options too and super friendly staff!
