Beautiful hotel but the reason why I booked this room was for the pool so I had to check out early and go else where because that was the purpose of the stay..

Thank you, Tatyana for the comment. Now we have the pool working and those days that it was not working, we were offering a transportation to any of the other buildings that have pool also so you can live the pool experience during your stay. Hope to see you soon!

Property was fine but their guest policy is unacceptable. I was not aware they did not allow any visitors at all other than registered guests. That is enough not to recommend anyone to stay there. I understand there is a prostitution problem in Medellin but new guests should not be penalized for what previous guests have done.
