The property is close to many restaurants and things to do. The bad thing is it's too strict. You're not allowed to have guest that's not on your reservation. I felt like a prisoner

Thank you for your comments, the safety of our guests is the most important thing. Additionally, the reserve's policies did not allow the entry of people NOT registered in it. Finally, we do not support sexual tourism or the exploitation of minors, which is why we are strict with compliance. Good return from your trip

Thanks but no thanks

When I first checked in the front desk girl insisted I had not paid for the hotel yet only reserved I corrected her and showed her my receipt that said paid then she got on the phone and her manager also said I needed to pay then somehow they looked through another system and "oh yes its paid" but no sorry or anything I personally think that was so rude then whenever I'd walk by the front desk she'd be looking at her phone while talking to me. I complained about my room the toilet seat was loose/wrong size and shower only sprayed hot or cold nothing in between nothing was fixed. Good luck trying to have fun here they have lots of restrictions it felt like a trap its in a party zone but they're trying for the uppity family spot

Álvaro y Julián fueron muy amables y me ayudaron en todos los aspectos. Yo estaba viajando sola y ambos me ayudaron desde cargando mi maleta por las escaleras hasta ayudarme con direcciones y programación de tours. Excelente servicio y ubicación. Las instalaciones muy limpias y la decoración muy linda. Definitivamente volvería

Excellent breakfast included.My room was small but very clean.Air con fantastic. Front desk people were very helpful.Will not hesitate to stay again.
