The frontdesk service excellent, only one was poor service minded. The young boy excelent service. The room they do not clean it every day and every day we have to request for towels. And the turks bath too loud noice in the room. All around we recommend the hotel.

The staff was great. There were cockroaches inside the room. The wifi was slow. It is not a quiet hotel. You hear everything. Overall I thought the price was reasonable. I would stay there again for the same price

I am a world traveler, having visited multiple countries in the last few months, including my time in the army overseas. This is one of the worst places , you could easily get robbed in the parking lot underneath the building trying to check in the bedbugs started on day two but the cockroaches started day. One woke up to go to the bathroom, and found them all over my luggage, the bites were so bad I had to check out next day couldn’t get any help they acted like they didn’t know what bedbugs were. The bite marks were all over my legs I’m a known traveler in this community and I implore you to stay away from this hotel !!

Mr. David,We understand that his stay has not been the best and has its own drawbacks, we would have liked it to have been different.We did not act with indifference at any time, his request was that we reimburse him for his nights in favor, which we agreed to. We are calm because we do not have bedbug problems in the hotel. We always carry out fumigation processes, it is constant and periodic.The cleaning tasks are carried out daily and completely to all the linen in the room.We wish you well soon.
