Fabulous hotel. Breakfast was spectacular- too many options to decide. Hotel has lots of places to sit inside and out. Room was super modern and spacious. Highly recommended.

Clean hotel with accomodating staff, walking distance to provenza park,
But unfortunately they have got not even a single computer for guests to use in case of emergency such as theft or loss of a cell phone which happened to me,
But luckily Irna ( a kind Mexican lady who works at the front desk) gave her cellfon to me to suspend some of my accounts, thank you so much Irana for your help,

The property itself is nice but starting to appear outdated. Where this place really shines, is the service. This staff has the service of a high end hotel. They’re friendly, accommodating, and always willing to fill your needs. For those that only speak English, they always have staff there that speaks English.
