Very professional staff. The hotel and rooms are modern and clean, but what makes this hotel is the staff (the front desk, the cleaning ladies, the maintenance). They really do a great job. Be polite with them and they will return the respect and assist with your requests as best as they are able.

Walking distance to parque del poblado, which is the meeting point for many tours. Also Provenza is close by. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The room as well as the lobby was extremely clean!!! Would definitely stay here again

great staffs, great location and very convenient to my life style ...Hotel Dix is my medellin's home , I go there for the last 6 years and love the Management, staffs it is like visiting family .so far so good .
