The entrance can be missed very easily. There is no sign or easy way to tell that the entrance is to the hotel, unless you're a local or you have already been there. Other than that, the hotel is great. Super friendly and helpful staff, great quality breakfast, rooms are relatively quiet, and there is a grocery store right next door and a mall across the street.

Never again will I stay here, reception was terrible, Hidden Fees first day was 100 mil (25$) second day the fee increased to 400mil(102$) Asked why and Hendel O. the consieur got angry and very agressive, this man Hendel O. should not be in customer service. he threatened me and intemidated the women he works with. I decided to move to another hotel, there is no refund of your money, but my safety and enjoyment of vacation is important. This hotel was nice years ago but is no longer a place to stay, A thug at the reception desk is unacceptable. If you want to give Hendel more money everyday this is the place for you. beggars surround the hotel its a bit of a downer, thats medellin now, but the people that hate north americans such as hendel we do not have to tolerate. Avoid this hotel

Personnel was friendly and attentive. Although everything moves slower in South America. There is a lack of refinement in costumer treatment and service in the city overall.

This property location is everything!! It’s right next to two high end shopping centers/Malls and a supermarket. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and kind. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.
