It was precisely because of our strict security measures, which prevent entry of people hiding and without documents, that we encountered problems during your stay due that you didnt want to follow the rules, Therefore, we appreciate it if the comments you leave are transparent and objective. The rules regarding visitors were explained before and after booking, and it is the guest's responsibility to read and comply with them.
