Not a hotel, this is apartments

Do not stay here Worst hotel in 20 years of travel
Posted 3 Nov 2014 on HotelsThe room was dirty blood stains could be seen, no clean sheets or towels, it took 2 hours to check in. When we requested help and clean sheets and towels we were cursed at in Indonesian. I can not believe how I was treated. We we asked to change rooms because the blood stains, the refused, and when I asked to the manager instead the front desk people said they were in a meet when I just heard them talking to the manager. We had to demand service and assistance but it never came in 2 more hours of waiting. We just left for another nearby hotel.

Pros: nyaman.....tenang
Cons: fasilitas yang lam di berparui
pengalan ketika perpanjangan kamar barang berharga ketinggalan tetapi pihak hotel menemukan barang tersebut dan mengembalikan
