I like the room jacuzzi suite with balcony but no Wi-Fi on the 2nd floor for my 2 day stay
(1st floor only for Wi-Fi who wants to go
down to lobby area to use it SMH).
was bs it’s on them to provide satisfaction of that service to customers and the owner didn’t t care at all the beds are not soft at all they suck beds hard as a rock every room but the staff were super cool I hope they get treated good I wasn’t even asking for a big kick back the area is still beautiful and I want go back but the beds make me never want to go back and the owners attitude towards his customers makes hard to spend our money here again

We apologize for the inconvience of the Wi-Fi going down. We did have the technician come out and they were able to fix the problem , but with slower speed until new part came in. The beds are medium firmness and we are unable to please everyone's bed preferences. We do care about the customer satisfaction and strive hard to please everyone. Although it is impossible at all time. We do hope to see you again.

Beds and pillows are rock hard. No breakfast pool area was nice. Hotel itself is definitely dated no microwave in room.

All properties were well cared for. Just sitting and being so near the lake was wonderful.

I like the location, but the door to my room had to be slammed in order to close it and the tv didn’t work.. I didn’t say anything bc I assumed I got that room bc I booked through Expedia. Otherwise it was clean and it was quiet..

Best Vacation spot!

Great view
