It's an old hotel. Mostly clean but definitely could have been better.

Upon arrival the person working at the front desk basically ignored us for close to 20 min. He was doing some kind of paperwork that was more important then checking in their guests. He didn't even acknowledge us or ask us to wait. Very rude I will not stay there again.

Noise is unavoidable. First room wasn’t clean but the front desk man was very pleasant and it was dealt with promptly.

Absolutely disgusting. The couch bed wasn’t cleaned - there was vomit, faeces, urine all over it. The Kitchenette was filthy and the lights were so dim you couldn’t see. We left immediately after looking at the room. They charged my card immediately upon check in and I have not received a refund. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. I’m so angry I was not given a refund immediately.

Not great.
Posted 10 Feb 2024 on HotelsDisappointing. Upon check in, I was told there was an “issue” with the payment I had made to book and pay for the room. I said there can’t be as I have an electronic receipt and an email confirming my payment and stay. I don’t know what that was about but when I asked what time the pool was open till, I was told the pool hasn’t been in operation for years. I told front desk person that information should be updated on the website and other sites as the pool is advertised as an emenity. If there’s no pool access, it shouldn’t be advertised as there being a pool.
