Elevator was not working and needed to use the stairs with substantial amount of luggage. No ventilation in the bathroom… stayed seemed up after showering for a loooooonnnggg time. Slow drain in sinks which left it disgusting after each use.

Elevator out, 85 year olds have to use the stairs. Room on first floor not available even though there were some.

Quiet and helpful staff. The elevator was out, so they upgraded my room, and moved me to the 1st floor.

The hotel has to let the customers know the e’la autor and the swimming pool were unavailable, before we book a room.
