Staff was very nice, units r dirty and furniture is old and stained, the carpet is dirty n stained, chairs need to be replaced, it's like sitting on thin wood with a cover it. Drapes need to be replaced n the kitchen cabinet has broken drawers. Water does not get very hot. Sofa bed is like sleeping on springs, u can not sleep on the sofa bed, it's best to put the sofa cushions on floor n try to sleep. I watched a rat come in the unit from under the door then run to the fire place n back under the door to leave.

Checkin took a long time. The lady (Zoe) who checked me in was SUPER nice. But there were a lot of young people hanging around doing nothing. The room was comfortable and clean and had a balcony. But the color scheme was awful! Dark green and weird yellow. Too bad there was no breakfast offered.

1. The hotel was overbooked and we were rebooked to a condo. 2.While condo was nice it was fairly far away from the amenities we planned to use. The rec center near us had a sign posted that the pool was closed. We really wanted a room where we could walk to the pool. 3. We had an EV and hoped to charge overnight while staying at the hotel. There was no transportation between charge site and the condo which affected our travel plans. 4. The brunch and service at the Campfire Grill was excellent.

We will reach out to the appropriate department about moving you from the hotels. We are also limited on the EV charging stations. These are 30-amp EV chargers- two at Massanutten Fitness & Rec Club, and two at The Market. We truly hope you will stay with us again.
