This property is unique because ive stayed there many times and have never seen a bug or been bitten by bed bugs plus the price is very fair

Where do I start with this review? I stayed here because of the price and that was a mistake. It is quarter mile from the exit of the highway and that's probably the only good thing. The rooms are basic and simple while the floor itself is updated could probably use a new paint job. The bed is not very comfortable The three pillows you get with a king size bed or an absolute joke if I put all three together I may get one pillow out of it there's no chair there is no luggage stand they don't give you a hair dryer and there's not even a coffee maker in the room it's as basic and as simple as you can possibly get. The Cable has a tendency to go out for a minute or two constantly in the afternoon and evening. And the Wi-Fi hasn't seemed to work for 2 days. I use hotel Wi-Fi all the time for general usage so I do know how to connect to it and this one just will not let me log in I did call the front desk about it and they turned around and told me to bring my laptop to the front desk and they would help me log in, are they joking? Across the street is the train tracks and the trains go through on the track at night the first night here there was a train at 11:30 p.m. and another one somewhere around 2:00 in the morning and because of the streets it blows its horn which is extremely loud and extremely annoying. The hotel itself apparently has people living here, there are several choices up the road, go there instead avoid this place

I cannot support a business that is not upfront with policies and fees. The employee flat out lied to my face. They could not accommodate my reservation. The employee behind 2 rooms of plexiglass and cameras everywhere gave a real unsafe vibe. He said I could call Expedia to refund my reservation. However when Expedia called them he refused my refund. I made the reservation at 11pm and showed up at 12:30am to be told there was a pet limit. Nowhere in the reservation did it state that. I copied all the rules and restrictions from the reservation and had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Absolutely crazy they feel justified to keep money they didn’t earn and refused to honor the reservation. Just greedy and disgusting. We were able to stay at the motel 8 with no problems. Stay away from this unethical place.

I was given a towel that seemingly had blood on it. A face towels left in the room had visible dirt on it and the housekeeping had a habit of letting themselves in the room. I was called twice by the front office manager and harassed. First about paying a $40 early check in fee after extending my stay at the motel and next I was called by the same manager and asked to leave because I left a negative review about the $40 early check in fee.

I’m a guest a the Motel6 in McDonough, Ga 688 hwy 155 South. I extended my stay online for another week. The manager charged me an extra $40 as an early check-in fee, even though I am already a guest and assigned to room. He did notify me that it was at his discretion to charge me and he decided $40 was fair.
