First of all it took forever to get checked in. There was three people there and they all seem very incompetent had no clue what they were doing so took over an hour to get checked in that was so frustrating second of all there were so many people at the swimming pool These people were inviting locals to come and hang out at the pool. Why didn’t the hotel staff go and check to see who was checked in and who was actually part of the hotel instead of just allowing all kinds of families to come and swim while the people that paid couldn’t even find the seat that is totally unacceptable .

Very late check in, and room wasn’t available

They gave us a Handicap room, I didn’t like it
