Poor guest care
Posted 12 Jan 2023 on HotelsThe accommodations were very nice. Unfortunately there were daily electricity outages. The resort made no effort for guests to be cared for during outages, which happened three times a day for a minimum of 2 hours at a time. Everything is electric. Foreigners are not accustomed to these problems and are stranded in the dark with no resources. The resort needs to find a way to care for their guests during outages.

Excellent Stay
