Bad experience

Reception is extremely bad. Upon arrival told us to go away and come back later they had electricity problems. Telling a client that is tired after a 10 hour flight to go away and come back later….. had to fight to get invoice… pure hell

The breakfast and staff at breakfast were hands down lovely! The tv lacked a remote and the heater was non functional.

Great location

My stay was average. The place itself was outdated as such i was not able to discern whether the it was the decor that outdated or whether the place was dirty especially the swimming pool . But the place is near the city, opposite a mall so those are huge pluses if you are new to the place. Based on location i gice it a thumbs up.
